So me and Phil was in the ARC last night and this lady with multiple clipboards and hella papers was here making us sign ballots and shit. I was not a registered voter so i didnt think she would fuck with me but she said "yeah i could register you in two minutes" i signed a couple of ballots and she jst hooked me up, gave me a receipt and said "congratulation...you are officially a California registered voter"
